At the store - We have a large selection of merchandise on the floor and available from our myriad of catalogues.  You are welcome to take the time to check out our in-stock items, and also to peruse through our many beautiful catalogues.  For all special orders and custom orders, advance payment is required.  (Modify) 
By Phone/Fax/Email - Orders can be placed over the phone, by email, or by fax.  If ordering from our TW Luggage & Leather store, please call (202) 237-8949, or use the email address (twluggage@aol.com).  For all special orders, and for orders of in-stock merchandise that will be shipped directly based on your phone, email or fax order, advance payment is required.
At TW LUGGAGE & LEATHER, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs.  We are available to take your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.

We provide a variety of services including:

Credit card Any and all information that our customers give us is safe, secure and private.  All of the personal data we receive is kept private and confidential and is protected against unauthorized access.

HANDLING AND SHIPPING

Double click here to add text.  We charge cost plus a minor handling fee as follows based on the amount of purchase (of textile/fabric items):

Up to $200 : $12 flat rate
$200 - $500: $20 flat rate 
$500+ : $25 flat rate

Shipping charges for furniture items will be based on the size, weight and destination address.

RETURN POLICY AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Full refund within 7 days of purchase on regular-priced and sale-priced items.
Exchange or store credit for items returned within 7-30 days after purchase (on regular-priced and sale-priced items).
All special-order items, clearance items, and monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
No returns on items after 30 days.

All returned merchandise must be in their original packaging, in their original condition, and with their labels still attached. Laundered items will not be accepted.
